Even though the screws had rubber washers, I seemed concerned with possible leakage. He said their installers would apply silicone to the drilled holes before the screws were installed. The installers showed me the product along with the 3 tubes of silicone and explained what they were going to do. The installers even pointed out a problem with the gutters which I was able to gace corrected with my building contractor.

We recently moved to Sauk Prairie and getting a new side door was at the top of our To Do list. I had initially started working with a different company, but they were taking quite awhile to respond to me so I reached out to Prairie Exteriors for an additional quote. From my initial inquiry until the project was completed, they were very responsive and prompt in their communication. I appreciated that the sales manager came out in person to measure the old door and then was able to show me digital images on a tablet of what the new door would look like with all the specific features I requested (door style, color, hardware, frame, etc). Prairie Exteriors communicated clearly about when the door installation would take place, arrived promptly that day, and completed the project on schedule. I had to leave for a bit when they were working and Mike even came back out early that evening to check in with me. I'm sure that was a long day for him! We have two more doors that will eventually need replacing and I would definitely hire Prairie Exteriors again!

I was told that it could not be done by Cody. The dumpster that was rented left dents in my driveway. Prairie sent out another person to look at the problems and able to solve them. I also had a hard time communicating with the painters as they did not speak English very well

We got the email a day later, and sent pics right away. We did not hear back for two days so we called to see what was happening. We were told the person would finally take a look at pics and send us an appointment and we could have a consult. I want a window, not heart surgery, so I asked could we just schedule an appointment, we were told they would get back to us same day with appointment options. Still no response. My review is, if you want to contact a company that will just blow you off, call this company. But if you need work done you might want to find someone who will at least talk to you.
