Prairie Exteriors & Painting was wonderful to work with on a multifaceted project, addressing the need for a new roof with a desire to shift to a whole new exterior color scheme. The project involved blending new materials (roof, dormer siding, gutters) with old (painting remainder of siding, trim, soffit, etc.), and each crew executed the plan exactly as discussed. I assumed I’d have to coordinate with multiple contractors to carry out the vision, so it was a pleasant surprise to come across this one-stop shop.

The initial sales consult with Katie was easily the best I’ve had in home renovation—she was patient, attentive, highly knowledgable, and understanding of budget. The project was completed on time with solid communication and no surprise costs. These folks are the real deal.

This company was professional from start to finish. Katie provided her creative vision in helping us select siding, decking, and door products and the color palette. Projects were outlined in great detail, started on schedule, the crew members were punctual, efficient, and hardworking, communication was provided during delays, and the follow-up by project manager, Jess was greatly appreciated. I got new roofs and gutters on my house and garage. AJ was great to work with, very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful but not at all pushy. I got a great price and warranty conditions, and they came out only two weeks after. The work was completed super fast and well, and my property was left spotless, as if they were not there at all. They also accommodated my request to postpone the gutter installation because I couldn’t take my dog out of the house, which was sweet. I’d highly recommend and use their services in the future.

Prairie Ridge exteriors was a great company to work with. They responded to any and all of our questions and concerns very quickly, and were always pleasant to speak with. We had our entire house resided after a tree fell from a bad storm, as well as all new gutters and downspouts installed. They were able to get all of the materials ordered and delivered quickly and finished the entire project in a very timely fashion! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking.

I got new 6 inch gutters all around my home and garage, including gutter guards on the second floor. Prairie Exteriors was very affordable, communication was excellent and the job crew was very respectful.

As far as the quoting process, AJ did a great job of listening to my concerns and requirements. I was able to get 3 options to chose from.

Competition wise, I requested a quote from 2 other competitors in the Madison and outside area, their quoting process was either extremely vague, or through the roof expensive.
