This company ran an ad on Facebook selling fiber cement siding and trim pieces. I was contacted by the owner of the company saying they had these items to sell.

I agreed to buy them.
They sent a trailer to my job site. Upon arriving many, in fact most of the pieces were missing. I went ahead and paid the driver and was told they would send the rest trusting that this is a large company and they would make it right.
To date they haven’t sent them and now they tell me they aren’t sending them. They owe me over $1,000 and now I have to pay an attorney to sue them and place a lien on their business.
