After a hailstorm in late April, we reached out to Prairie Exteriors to take a look at the damage. Katie Cook from Prairie Exteriors came out right away, assessed everything, and worked directly with our insurance adjuster to make the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Once the claim was approved, Prairie got us on the schedule quickly for a full roof replacement and new siding on the front of our house. Their communication through texts, emails, and calls was outstanding. Katie is a pleasure to deal with. She is extremely responsive, professional and just plain excellent at her job.
What really stood out was their attention to detail. The last time we had our roof done (with a different company), we found nails in our yard for months. This time? Not one nail. Prairie’s cleanup was so thorough, it honestly blew us away.
We were so impressed, we ended up hiring them again to replace our old wooden deck with a composite one. It was just finished last week and it looks beautiful and exactly what we envisioned.
