The salesman was very helpful and explained the process in installing the needed ice dams to my post frame building. Even though the screws had rubber washers, I seemed concerned with possible leakage. He said their installers would apply silicone to the drilled holes before the screws were installed. The installers showed me the product along with the 3 tubes of silicone and explained what they were going to do. The installers even pointed out a problem with the gutters which I was able to gace corrected with my building contractor.
