Lodi sits on a bluff above the Wisconsin River, and that geography shapes everything about how its homes weather the seasons. It’s a beautiful place to live and a genuinely demanding one for roofing, siding, and windows.
The housing stock reflects Lodi’s history as a small river town that grew slowly and kept its character. Older Victorian-era homes on the hill, mid-century builds closer to downtown, newer construction on the edges. Each generation of home brings its own set of exterior challenges, and Prairie Exteriors has worked on all of them.

Prairie Exteriors stepped up to the plate to paint my house after another contractor had to back out for health reasons. The staff, both in the office and on site, were personable and professional. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
Since Google won’t let me leave another review, I’ll edit this one. Prairie Exteriors just replaced all the windows and the door on my sun porch. They kept me in the loop during supply chain issues and were once again professional and took pride in the work. My room looks wonderful!

Prairie Exteriors was fantastic to work with for a recent new exterior door installation. We recently moved to Sauk Prairie and getting a new side door was at the top of our To Do list. I had initially started working with a different company, but they were taking quite awhile to respond to me so I reached out to Prairie Exteriors for an additional quote. From my initial inquiry until the project was completed, they were very responsive and prompt in their communication. I appreciated that the sales manager came out in person to measure the old door and then was able to show me digital images on a tablet of what the new door would look like with all the specific features I requested (door style, color, hardware, frame, etc). Prairie Exteriors communicated clearly about when the door installation would take place, arrived promptly that day, and completed the project on schedule. I had to leave for a bit when they were working and Mike even came back out early that evening to check in with me. I’m sure that was a long day for him! We have two more doors that will eventually need replacing and I would definitely hire Prairie Exteriors again!
