Final Update with final picture. The roof looks beautiful and the gutters as well. The roofers and gutter team were friendly, impeccable with their work and clean. I have a lot of plants around my house that stayed intact. They cleaned up the nails and all the old roofing and gutters.

I am so happy and impressed with the work they are doing on my roof. The level of detail and attentiveness to quality is outstanding—they are making sure every aspect of the roof is impeccably done. I especially appreciate that they are addressing issues caused by a prior faulty gutter installation, taking responsibility and making it right.
This has truly been a team effort. The field supervisor has been consistently present, making sure the roofers have what they need and checking in with me personally to answer questions and address concerns. That kind of communication and care makes a huge difference.
At this point, I give them 4 stars—and would give more if I could. They’re not quite done yet, so I’ll post a final review once the roof and gutters are complete. So far, I couldn’t be more pleased.
BIG UPDATE: Luis came out and spent nearly two hours thoroughly inspecting everything—including hail and wind damage to my roof. I’m relieved and grateful to report that they’re committed to taking care of the issues, including reinstalling some of the gutters.
I couldn’t be happier. I’m so glad I reached out. It’s clear they truly care—Luis especially impressed me with his attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. I only wish I hadn’t waited so long. They’re ready and willing to help, and it shows. I feel confident that my gutters and roof will finally be set right.
