called for estimate, we were told they would email and I should respond with pics of the widows we needed replaced. We got the email a day later, and sent pics right away. We did not hear back for two days so we called to see what was happening. We were told the person would finally take a look at pics and send us an appointment and we could have a consult. I want a window, not heart surgery, so I asked could we just schedule an appointment, we were told they would get back to us same day with appointment options. Still no response. My review is, if you want to contact a company that will just blow you off, call this company. But if you need work done you might want to find someone who will at least talk to you.
