Overall good experience, however sales/quote staff struggled with communicating the quote for weeks, was told it would be done by the end of the initial week, then each subsequent week i called, I was told I would get an answer by the end of the day but no call ever came, this happened twice. Just a courtesy call or email would have been nice saying its taking longer than usual instead of relying on the customer to call and ask for answers.
Once the job was done they did great work and I appreciated them working with me to find a solution to my project. Just not 5 stars due to lack of communication. I would probably use them again as long as this issue isnt ongoing.
