The project involved blending new materials (roof, dormer siding, gutters) with old (painting remainder of siding, trim, soffit, etc.), and each crew executed the plan exactly as discussed. I assumed I’d have to coordinate with multiple contractors to carry out the vision, so it was a pleasant surprise to come across this one-stop shop.
The initial sales consult with Katie was easily the best I’ve had in home renovation—she was patient, attentive, highly knowledgable, and understanding of budget. The project was completed on time with solid communication and no surprise costs. These folks are the real deal.
